About our course
This one-day course equips participants with essential first aid skills to respond confidently to workplace emergencies.
It covers key topics such as assessing incidents, performing CPR, using an automated external defibrillator (AED), treating wounds, managing shock, and responding to minor injuries like burns and choking.
Designed to meet HSE (Health and Safety Executive) requirements, this course is ideal for individuals designated as first aiders in low-risk workplaces.
Upon successful completion, participants receive a nationally recognized certification valid for three years.
